1 egg, at room temperature 1/4 cup warm water 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar (or other) cheese 3 cups bread flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried chopped dill weed 2 tablespoons dried chopped chives 1 tablespoon dried minced onion 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Yield: Makes a 1 1/2-pound loaf
