Chocolate Cherry Bread
 Electric Bread, Innovative Cooking Enterprises

1 1/8 cups water
2 1/4 cups white bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons triple sec
3/8 teaspoon grated orange peel
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cherries

 Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and cherries in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white or sweet bread cycle and light crust; press start. Add chips and cherries at the beep or during the second kneading.

Yield: Makes a 1-pound loaf
