Cheese Roll
Recipe by Mrs. Margaret Hood

1 pound New York state sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
Chili powder

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except chili powder. Shape and roll in chili powder. Wrap and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
