Irish Soda Bread
 From Panasonic Breadbakery Cookbook

2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

 Place all ingredients except raisins in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select white or sweet bread cycle and light crust; press start. Add raisins at the beep or during the second kneading.

Yield: Makes a 1-pound loaf
