2 cups sifted all-purpose flour 1 cup powdered sugar 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon peel 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1/4 cup flour Dash of salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 2/3 cup shredded coconut meat Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes longer. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into bars.
