Oat-Fruit-Nut Bread

1 1/4 cups orange juice, at room temperature
2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
Grated zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup oat bran
1 1/3 cups oats
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup gluten
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/4 cup hulled sunflower seeds, toasted
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup raisins

Place all ingredients except apricots, raisins, and sunflower seeds in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select sweet bread cycle and light crust; press start. Add fruits and seeds at the beep or during the second kneading.

Yield: Makes a 2-pound loaf
