2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened 2 tablespoons orange marmalade 1 medium ripe banana, sliced Grated zest of 1 orange 1/4 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup oat bran 1 1/3 cups oats 2 cups bread flour 1/4 cup gluten 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast 1/4 cup hulled sunflower seeds, toasted 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots 1/3 cup raisins
Yield: Makes a 2-pound loaf
