3 eggs 1 cup flour 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated 3 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Beat eggs; add flour, milk, salt, and baking powder; mix well. Add spinach and cheese and mix well. Spoon into baking pan; level off. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 45 minutes and cut into squares. (Freezes well--defrost and reheat at 325 degrees for 12 minutes).
