Juice from peaches, along with enough water to make 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons liquid 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups bread flour 1/2 cup oat bran 1 cup quick oats 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons wheat gluten 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg Pinch of ground cardamom 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Yield: Makes a 2-pound loaf
