Vanilla Wafer Cake
 AKA Wainscott Whopper

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 7-ounce bag Angel Flake coconut
2 cups pecan halves

 Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add other ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans or a form/bundt pan, well greased and floured.

Bake 50-60 minutes in 325 degree oven.
