1/2 cup chopped green onions 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate Won-ton wrappers Oil for deep-frying
Place wonton wrapper on counter with corners at top and bottom, like a diamond. Place about two teaspoons of filling in center of wrapper. Dampen edges of wrapper with water and fold bottom corner up to make a triangle, slightly overlapping corners so you have two points at top of triangle. Press edges to seal. Take two side corners of triangle and fold them in so they overlap in the front. Dampen with a little water and seal. Repeat with remaining filling and wrappers. Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
