Free APL

I worked to produce APL interpreters for years. While I no longer do, I still find the concepts I learned there help me to view computational problems from a better perspective.

Some years ago, Manugistics (formerly STSC), now known as APL 2000 distributed a freeware version of APL, known as APL Special Edition (APLSE). It's release notes included the following: "You may use it without charge, copy it, give it to another person, place it on an electronic bulletin board system, or distribute it in other ways without requiring payment from the recipients."

My contribution is an APL font for using DOS under Windows, and a workspace to get you started. Just click on tools, to get a copy of that.
