Here's one attributed to Pomerance, a Georgia Assistant Professor, posted to the newsgroup alt.sci.math.probability by "Reef Fish":

Start with 714.
Add 1, giving 715.
Now multiply those two numbers by each other:

    714 x 715 = 510,510 = 2 x 3 x 5 x 7 x 11 x 13 x 17

which is the product of the first 7 primes!
