Hi Guys----
My surgery went well and I'm home, my third surgery since last March at St. Joseph's in Brainerd. Jim's daughter Mary is a nurse on the 2nd. floor where they keep the us surgery patients. I've got to know her and she is a wonderful care giver. She shared some information with me about her dad.
Maybe you know already, if not FYI. Jim had some heart problems and got a pacemaker/defibrilater last month and he is doing fine now. I understand that the new pacemakers/defibrilators are well filtered against RF emissions due to cell phones, microwave ovens, etc. I hope that we won't hurt him with our transmitters...... he should be fine if he stays a few feet from an active transmitter. I did not address this question to Mary.
Any thoughts or comments? If I get out that way soon, I'll stop in and see him...... Jim Mullins
