We ask lots of questions. We actively listen to what you want, helping you express your desires.
Then we incorporate your ideas into blueprints - plans which express a new vision of your home.
We obtain permits and start the building process with a comfortable trust.

This relationship carries through weekly meetings to a beautifully finished project and a long lasting friendship.
Our expert craftsmen apply experience and skill to plan, coordinate, and complete construction.

The Design Process:

Our company is set up to build three jobs at a time, with about three men on a job for a minimum of a month.When you call us the first time we will ask some questions about you, your project, and your budget. If it looks like there is a good fit between your needs and the services we offer, then we will set a time to meet at your home.

Booth Construction can design projects from the beginning, or we can work with plans which you already have.

We will first meet for about two hours to discover what your neeeds, dreams, and desires are. We will then propose a plan of action to proceed toward your goals. When you choose to have us bring your dreams to life, we will use what you have told us in our design studio, producing a preliminary design direction and budget.

Our next meeting is exciting, because you get to see what we can do for you. You get a glimpse of your dream, and an impression of what it will be like working with Booth Construction. We meet several times, zeroing in on the project details and budget to complete your "window to your dreams".

The Building Process:

All of our work is done an a time plus materials plus fee basis.
Our customers like this because our company is motivated to maintain the highest quality.

We are on the same side with the same goals.

Our expert carpenters strive to do their best work when they are given the directive "build it correctly" instead of just "build it as quickly as you can." If there is a better way, you are saying to us "build it the better way". If you want to add a feature, we say "You sure can!" instead of "No, that would require an expensive change order and slow the work." Our customers like knowing that they are being charged fairly for the exact amount of work which is done.

We bill twice every month so you can watch just how much is being spent on your project.
You see every time card and every invoice and a daily job log is kept on the site.

We work together to complete your home successfully. You may even be sorry to see us leave!
