We know how you feel when you lose your images. Therefore we have made this process as easy as possible. Even better, the returned shipping charge is FREE.
Just follow these easy steps and rest assured that we will try our best to recover your images:
1. When you discover your card has a problem, immediately stop using the affected card. This will give us the best opportunity of recovering your pictures. If you continue adding pictures to the card, you could be overwriting those you want us to recover for you.
2. Fill out our Service Request Form
3. Send
the memory card to us along with the Service Request Form (from step 2 above) and
a check or money order made payable to Personal Computer & Digital Recovery Services. For
safer mailing, we suggest using a padded envelope.

4. We will try to recover your images within 24 hours after we receive your card. We will then return your card along with any recovered images on a CD.
