Turnaround times are 6-8 days for repair/socketing, 1-2 days for a FLASH reprogram.
If you have an emergency, please let me know and I'll try to work it in ASAP.

Return Shipping: USPS, Insured for $150 with Delivery Confirmation. We can do Fed-Ex if requested.

01-10-03 :
Happy New Year Everyone! Due to some new family additions (Congrats DAVE!) we cannot accept any new PCM's until 01/20/03. If it is an emergency, please email me ahead of time to see if we can work something out.

Shipping: The USPS has been working great so far for return shipping and I plan to continue using their service. Fee's have ranged from $9.95(within IL) to $15.95 (West Coast).

11-1-02 :
Shipping cost note: I have sent a PCM via USPS insured for $180 with Delivery Confirmation and it was $12.25.

10-14-02 :
The PCM repair store is open for business!

I have not found a source for extra INTEL Flash chips, so I cant offer them yet. Until a source is found, if we socket the PCM I will provide 1 free reprogramming (you just pay shipping) should you have problems again. After that it will be $5 + return shipping to reprogram your FLASH chips.
