RESERVE YOUR SPACE! SPACE IS LIMITED!
Thank you for your interest in Merchanting at It Takes MY Child to RAZE A Village!

This is an adult/child cooperative event. More children will be present than at your typical SCA event. Please keep this in mind if you decide to merchant at this event. In their excitement, children may forget to look with their eyes and instinctively look with their hands.

The booth fee is $10 and will reserve an 8 x 10 ft indoor area with one 6 ft banquet table and 2 chairs. You may, of course, bring your own tables, chairs, and display. More room or additional tables and chairs may be available the day of the event.

Save 50% off the Booth Fee by choosing one of our "Child-Friendly" options.

Option 1) Provide a demonstration of your art. This can be a hands-on or a stationary display. The demo may be on-going or take place at advertised times at your "booth." If your demo requires additional space, arrangements can be made.

Option 2) Provide Child-Friendly (i.e., price and purpose) items for sale relating to your art. These items must be of a period style and be something a child of the SCA period would have possessed, played with, or made. We recommend these items be priced under $5.00 U.S. ABSOLUTELY NO PLASTIC or ORIENTAL TRADING-TYPE ITEMS!

Space will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis; however, preference will be given merchants willing to make this event more Child-Friendly.

Final approval of merchants will be made by the Co-Autocrats.

Reminder - you must check in at Troll upon your arrival on site.

Thank you for your interest in our event.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the Co-Event Stewarts.
