What's Expected of a Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced Student?

Beginning classes are open to everyone who has studied yoga for at least one session of 8-12 weeks. 

Intermediate/Advanced workshops are open to students who are practicing head stand, shoulder stand, and back bends.  These are excellent classes for current and prospective yoga teachers. 

General Level workshops welcome both Beginning and Intermediate students.
