Peggy's Short Bio

From early childhood I've been fascinated with color. I've since learned all I can about color, & use the pastel medium to share that love. I've won awards in juried competitions, juried shows, been published & teach. People throughout the U. S. own my paintings. I'm a signature member of the Pastel Society of Oregon, & an elected member of the board of directors of the IAPS as well as having earned the honor of belonging to the IAPS Master Circle.
