We pulled into Juneau about 6 A.M. (Bonnie and I were asleep so we didn't actually see this occur.) It was another beautiful day. Our plans for the day included taking a tram 1800 feet up Mt. Roberts and touring downtown Juneau (which is the capitol of Alaska.) we ended up also taking a taxi 15 miles to see Mendenhall Glacier.

A hoary marmot on the top.

Images of the raven and eagle were everywhere as were the birds themselves.

The Mendenhall Glacier.

By the glacier. Those tiny dots at the base of the waterfall are PEOPLE!
