Here are a select group of websites that I've drawn substantial enjoyment from.
FADING AD CAMPAIGN

Frank Jump has been a major inspiration to me, both as a
photographer and as a person. He's helped me get out on the streets in search
of interesting images, and has taught me the importance of living life to
the fullest right now, because there's no real guarantee of tomorrow.
LAST PLANE TO JAKARTA

John Darnielle (who performs solo under the band moniker The Mountain Goats) is
just as engaging, thoughtful and invigorating in print as he is behind a microphone. This
website is an offshoot of his zine of the same name. Although I have virtually no interest
in trance or death metal, I always find his essays to be thoroughly entertaining. His "band's"
site (http://www.themountaingoats.net) is quite
good as well.
EPITONIC
http://www.epitonic.com
An excellent source of new music for indie-minded listeners, especially
given the deplorable state of commercial radio these days. Streamable and downloadable
MP3's (all authorized), band info and extensive cross-referencing make this indispensible
for hunting down new stuff. Entirely free.
