For 185 and 200 grain loads, here are the powders that Lyman uses:

Clays, Titegroup, 231, Universal, N340, WSF, Power Pistol, Longshot, True Blue, Blue Dot

For 230 grain loads, here are the powders that Lyman uses:

Universal, N340, WSF, Power Pistol, Longshot, True Blue, Blue Dot

For 185 grain loads, Lyman recommends Power Pistol as potentially the most accurate load.

For 200 and 230 grain loads, Lyman recommends Ramshot True Blue as potentially the most accurate load.
