Last Will and Testament:
Cynthia K. (Chace) Hudson

Know all Men by these presents that I Cynthia K. Hudson of Attleboro in the County of Bristol and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time hereto made.

First - I hereby constitute and appoint Charles M. Rhodes of Attleboro Mass. to be my Sole Executor of this my last Will, directing my said executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate.

Second - After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses, I give to my husband Joseph B.C. Hudson the use and improvement of my farm and dwelling house in South Attleboro, and its appurtenances, during his natural life, together with personal property and stock therein situated. This bequest is made under the express condition that the vale of the stock shall not by hime be deprecates, but shall, "shall" be maintained in its present condition as regars quarterly and value and also that he shall not suffer or commit "and" strife or waste of said property val or personal, except the use of wood for necessary consumption at the house by the family, and the sale of wood to the value of Fifty dollars |$50| per year for the payment of taxes assessed from time to time when the estate aforesaid ~ In default of the above conditions said estate shall revert to my chidren then living.

Third - After the decease of my said husband I give and bequest to my children Wendell C. Hudson and Bertha M. Hudson all my said estate val and personal wherever situated and of which I may die seised and possessed to have and to hold to then the said Wendell C. Hudson and Bertha M. Hudson their heirs and assigns forever.

In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and in the presence of three witnesses decalre this to be my last will this twenty eighth day of September A. D. 1883.

On this twenty-eigth day of September A. D. 1883 Cynthia K. Hudson of Attleboro Mass. signed the foregiving instrument in our presence declaring it to be her last Will and as witnesses thereof we three do now at-her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names.
