Here are some excerpts from the article about his death: EUCLID SARAZIN DIES SUDDENLYEuclid Sarazin, well known expressman, died suddenly yesterday at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He was stricken Friday afternoon and rushed to the hospital where blood transfusions were given, but he failed to rally. He has been engaged in the express business for twenty years and enjoyed a wide circle of friends. Fraternally, he was connected with the North Attleboro lodge of Elks. The funeral will take place Wednesday morning at 7:15 from the Hector J. DeBlois Funeral Home, A high mass of requiem will be celebrated at 8:30 at the Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. |

Sarazin of Spruce stret, who died Sunday in the Massachusetts General Hospital, were held this morning from the Hector J. DeBlois Funeral Home in 107 Church street. A solemn high mass was celebrated at 8:30 o'clock in the Sacred Heart Church by Rev. Alfred Bonneau, assisted by Rev. George Daigle as deacon and Rev. Edwin Dickinson as sub-deacon. At the Offertory Lucien Bergeron sang "Pie Jesu" and at the conclusion of the mass the choir chanted "De Profundis." The bearers were Romeo Pepin, Leo Pepin, Alphonse Lacasse, Ernest Chabot and Thomas Shaunessy. Fathers Daigle and Dickinson conducted the committal service at St. Mary's cemetery. |
