We appraised all the Real Estate of which the late Barton Chace died seized at the sum of Five Thousand Seven hundred dollars: and after setting out to Miriam T. Chace his widow. one third part of said Estate required to be divided by this order, as her Dower therein. We then set off to Cynthia K. Hudson wife of Joseph B. Hudson, a Daughter of said deceased one half of the remainder of said estate as her share therein, which appraised at one Thousand and Nine hundred dollars.

We then set of to Cynthia K. Hudson the following described tracts of land. being a part of the homestead. of said deceased situated in Attleboro in the village of Lanesville.

The first piece of land contains about 6½ acres more or less and ???? on the easterly side of the road or lane that leads to the house of said deceased with the barn & sheds therein, Bounded - Beginning on the road or lane near the gate a corner of the Dower set off to Miriam I. Chace thence S. 81½° E. 208 feet to corner near the barn. Thence S 8 3/4° E. 64 feet to a corner of the barn yard thence S. 88 3/4° W. 75 feet to a corner of a stone wall thence S. 8½ E. 380 feet by a stone wall all the above lines are by said Dower, to George M. Chace's share. thence S. 65¼° W. 404 feet, by said share to the N.W. corner of the Lanesville Company's land. thence southerly by said land to the Lanesville Road. Thence westerly by said road 267 feet to a corner by the Lane or Road that leads to the house thence northeasterly 786 feet by said lane to the first corner.

Also one other piece of land containing 80 rods more or less called the Tannery lot lying on the Westerly side of said lane Bounded on the east by said lane, on the north by the Lanesville Co's land, on the west by Abbotts Run, on the S. by Norman B. Carpenter's land.

Also one other tract of land lying easterly of the house, containing 12 A. 69 R. more or less, Bounded Beginning at a corner of a stone wall and said Dower and George M. Chace's share. Thence northerly by said Dower 748 feet to Asa Allen's heirs land, thence N. 61 3/4° E. 149 feet by a stone wall and said heirs land. Thence north 44° E. 400 feet, by a stone wall and said heirs land to Henry A Guilds land thence S. 50½° E. 405 feet by said land to Arnold Jillson's land, thence southerly by said land and stone wall 422 feet to a corner of another lot called the Jillson lot, which we have set off to her in this division and also a corner said Dower share, thence westerly by said Dower 725 feet to the first corner.

Also one other tract of land called the Jillson lot, containing 20½ acres more or less. Bounded - Beginning at a corner of the above described lot, a corner of the Dower and Arnold Jillson's land, thence southerly by the Dower George M. Chace share and stone wall 508 feet to a corner, thence S. 54° W. 219 feet to a corner thence southerly 200 feet by a stone wall and G. M. Chace's share to Jennie O. Chace's share, thence easterly 115½ feet, thence southerly by a stone wall 124 feet to W. Bailey's land, thence easterly by said Bailey's land 1402 feet to Henry Knowles heir's land, thence northerly by said heirs land 404 feet, thence Westerly by Arnold Jillson's land, 1237 feet to the first corner.

As the foregoing described tracts of land we have appraised at $1900, and set off the same to C. K. Hudson as her full share in said estate to be divided. Said share being subject to the right of the widow M. I. Chace in the Barn, so long as she shall live and then said right shall cease, and be part of her share, and the right of way over said premises, for the said heirs to improve their respective shares in said estate, and her right in passing over the other shares to improve her share.
