Know all Men by these Presents,

That I Welcome Fuller of Attleborough in the County of Bristol and Commonwealth of Massachusetts
In consideration of sixty dollars
to me paid by Barton Chace of Attleborough aforesaid

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these Presents, give, grant, bargain, and convey unto the said Barton Chace his heirs and assigns a cetain lot of land situated in Attleborough aforesaid on the Easterly side of Abbot Run, so called containing by esitmation one acre and thirty such more ?? ???? land is bounded as follows, beginning on said Abbott Run at the road leading from Lanesville to Capt Samuel Cushmans, then running Northerly by said road until it comes to land fromerly owned by John W Sweetland, thence Westerly by said Sweetlands land to the River or Run, thence Southerly by said Run or River to the road and formentioned owner; being the same lot of land conveyed to me by Oliver Ballon and Bennett Whipple by their deed dated April 18th 1832 and recorded in the land records of said county in Book 140 pages 255-6 reference to be had thereto for further pastu??ars -

To Have and to Hold the above granted premises, with the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, to the said Barton Chace his heirs and assigns, to his ???eir use and behoof forever.

And I the said Welcome Fuller for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with the said Barton Chace his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegranted premises; that are free from all incumbrances

That I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Barton Chace as aforesaid; and that I will, and my heirs, executors and administrators shall WARRANT AND DEFEND the same to the said Barton Chace his heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.

In Witness whereof, I the said Welcome Fuller together with my wife Nancy Fuller in token of her relinquishing all her right of Dower in the ???????? afterward have hereunto set our hands and seals this eighth day of September in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty six -
