WARRANTY DEED

Know all Men by these Presents,

That I Clementine Jillson of Attleborough in the County of Bristol and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, widow, as I am Executrix of the last will and testament of Albert C. Jillson, late of said Attleborough deceased and by virtue of the ????? and authority to me given by said last will and testament IN CONSIDERATION OF four hundred dollars, to me
paid by Barton Chace of said Attleborough, gentleman

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Barton Chace his heirs and assigns a cetain ???? or parcel of land situated in Attleborough, with all the buildings and improvements thereon bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the North westerly corner of said tract of land, at the south easterly corner of land od said Chace, thence running Easterly bounding on land of Arnold Jillson seventy five rods (75 rods) to land of the Grantor, thence Southerly bounding Easterly on land of said Grantor, and land formerly of Henry Knowles twenty four an one half rods (24½ r) to land of the said Grantor, thence running Westerly bounding Southerly on said Grantor's land Eighty-five rods (85 rods) to a stone wall, thence running Northerly by said stone wall, bounding Westerly on land of the Grantor seven and three fourths rods (7 3/4 r) for a corner, thence running Westerly bounding Southerly on land of Grantor, seven rods (7 r) to land of said Chace, thence Northerly bounding Westerly on said Chace's land twelve and three fourths rods (12 3/4 r), thence North Easterly on said Chace's land thirteen rods and eight links (13 r. 8 l), thence Northerly on said Chace's land thirty and one half rods (30½ r) to the front of b??????ing, subject to a right of way to pass and repass over said land in such place as may be least determined to the ower thereof to a wood lot owned by Arnold Jillson, containing by estimation twenty one and one half acres more or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted Premises, with the privelages and appurtenances thereto belonging, to the said Barton Chace his Heirs and Assigns, to his and their use and behoof forever.

And I the said Clementine Jillson, as Executrix as aforesaid for myself and my heirs, Executors and Administrators, do covenant with the said Barton Chace his Heirs and Assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee of the afore-granted premises; that are free from all incumbrances

that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Barton Chace in the manner as aforesaid; and that I will and my Heirs, Executors and Administrators shall WARRANT AND DEFEND the same to the said Barton Chace his Heirs and Assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I the said Clementine Jillson, as I am Executrix as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
