"LUCKY MAN"

- A MEMOIR BY MICHAEL J. FOX -

QUOTE ON INSIDE COVER:

If you were to rush into this room right now and announce that you had struck a deal - with God, Allah, Buddha, Christ, Krishna, Bill Gates, whomever - in which the ten years since my diagnosis could be magically taken away, traded in for ten more years as the person I was before, I would, without a moment's hesitation, tell you to take a hike."

QUOTE ON BACK:

"The ten years since my diagnosis have been the best ten years of my life, and I consider myself a lucky man."

MY TAKE

Nobody could have told this story the way Michael did; an extrodanary story about what it's like to be a 30-year-old man who is diagnosed with an 80-year-old's disease. Michael J. Fox's "Lucky Man" was an instant success - to me as well as to people worldwide, largely because of the way that Michael wrote his Memoir; in his own words. The sincere thought as well as the sheer honesty that went into his writing of this book is incredible and it is a must-to-own for all Michael J. Fox fans.

LUCKY MAN (part 2)

Yes, there is a rumor circulating about Michael working on a part two to his globally successful memoir. Whether this rumor is true or not, I can't be sure. It is very possible however. There were so many things that Michael left out in his Memoir, and he really is a very busy guy. Just because he has Parkinson's doesn't meen that he cant do anything anymore, as he is currently the owner of Lottery Hill Entertainment as well as the co-producer of Spin City. He is also working on a script for a new show about a retired hockey player who suddenly finds that he has a bunch of free time on his hands to spend with his family. Whoa - he really is obbsessed with hockey and Bobby Ore. Anyway, you get the picture and I'm sure that if he does write a second half to his book, it will be just as great as the first one.
