an uncanny ability to foresee the future. From what I've read (which is limited to this
one story) this power manifests itself when the Oracle is unconscious. The Oracle used
his power to combat the enemies of America. He was assisted in his adventures by a woman
named Lana Owens.

Comics 20-25, 27, 29-32 and 35-40 and The Fighting Yank no. 11.
