DEAN'S MESSAGE

FEBRUARY, 2012

GREETINGS from the Dean -

As the new year gets underway, I wish for each of you success with your resolutions. Resolutions are an ongoing process with me as life progresses. "Things" continually require adjusting and a resolution to not repeat poor choices and poor efforts. The entire exercise can be fun if we do indeed make personal improvement in our personal lives.

What a wonderful 25th Birthday Party we gave ourselves on January 14th, at Poulsbo's First Lutheran Church. Joan Turner and Joann Richardson outdid themselves in every aspect of the celebration. The entire two hours was planned down to the smallest detail and carried out with perfection. The fellowship and food following the event were delightful and tasty. Thanks to Miriam Haddon for hosting the event and making sure the organ was in good working order. Thanks to the past Deans for leading us in special hymns of their choosing.

We have pictures which Joan will be sharing with all. We now look forward to our next meeting on Saturday, March 3rd 10AM at Summit Ave Presbyterian Church in Bremerton. The topic is American Composers of organ music. Paul Roy and Raleigh McVicker will lead. We hope to see you all at the meeting.
