ORDERING & PAYMENT

There is currently no shopping cart function at Smart Start Toys.com. To place an order, review the online catalog and note down the item numbers and prices for the items you wish to order, then:

Call (978) 239-3038 during business hours, Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Email the list of items, your name, shipping address and daytime phone number to SmartStartToys@hotmail.com.
Organizations that use Purchase Orders can mail their order on company letterhead to Smart Start Toys, 2 Atwater Drive, Westford, MA 01886.

If your order is for a home party, be sure to provide the hostess' name!

Your order will be entered and you will be contacted via email or phone to review the order, discuss back-order options, confirm shipping information, and process your payment.

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to or picked up in Massachusetts.

The following types of payments are accepted:

Cash, for orders picked up directly at Smart Start Toys
Check or money order, for internet orders and orders picked up directly at Smart Start Toys. Please mail your check or money order to:

Your order will be shipped once the check is deposited and cleared, which may take up to 7 business days.
