SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 10% of the order total with a minimum of $6.95. Certain over-sized items will incur additional shipping charges. All items are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping. Over-sized items will be shipped via UPS ground and shipping costs depend on weight and size. Some over-sized items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the United States?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. If you need an order shipped outside the United States or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please call (978) 239-3038 or email SmartStartToys@hotmail.com to inquire about special shipping arrangements.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. The shipping cost to each address is 10% of the total for that address with a minimum of $6.95. Certain over-sized items will incur additional shipping charges.

May I pick up my order?

Yes, you may pick up your order at 2 Atwater Drive, Westford MA. Please call (978) 239-3038 or email SmartStartToys@hotmail.com at least 2 days ahead to schedule a pick-up time, so that your order can be ready for you. There are no shipping or pick-up charges if you pick up your order; however, you will have to pay 5% MA sales tax.

When will my order be shipped?

Your in-stock order will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of your order. If you paid via Paypal, check or money order, your in-stock order will ship as soon as the payment has cleared (anywhere from 2-7 business days).

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our location in Westford, MA. We currently do not offer express shipping.

What happens if I refuse to accept my order once it arrives?

Your order will be returned to us and your payment will be refunded, minus shipping charges to your destination and back to us and all promotions, discounts and credits.

If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused.

What happens if I gave the wrong shipping address?

If a package is returned to Smart Start Toys or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
