Rental Information
Memorial Weekend to Labor Day and all holiday weeks are $3,500 per Week plus $250 security deposit.
Other Weeks are $2,500 plus $250 security deposit. 4th of July week is $4,000. Weekend rates may be available during non-peak times at $400 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Most rentals are Saturday 4:00pm until 11:00 am the following Saturday
Non-refunable reservation deposit of 1/2 rental amount is due at time of reservation. Balance of rental and security deposit ($250) is due 14 days prior to arrival.
This is a non smoking home. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please inquire about pets.
