COMPANY LEADERSHIP
Paul Hightower is the Principal Engineer for Hightower Engineering. Paul is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, licensed Professional Traffic Engineer, holds a Licensed Surveyor in Training Certificate, is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and member of the American Public Works Association . Paul has over 16 years of professional engineering experience. Paul has provided engineering services to a variety of Oregon cities and counties. Paul has served as Capital Projects Supervisor, Assistant City Engineer, and Traffic Engineer for the City of Corvallis, Oregon. Paul's understanding of city and county government processes and permitting requirements allow him to offer exceptional assistance to: development projects; municipal design, bid, construction projects; planning studies, engineering studies, public participation, and public presentations. Paul has lead many neighborhood meetings as well as made presentations at City Council and Planning Commission meetings. Paul has lead and supervised City Master Planning for Transportation, Water, Storm, Sewer, and System Development Charges update. Paul has the proven Talent, Knowledge, and Experience to provide you with the best customer service and help you achieve your project goals.
