We at JEANNIE PICKGUARDS will do our best to provide to you the best service and product that we can. Please keep in mind all products are custom made for each customer.We will only replace or refund on products that are due to our error.

Please notify us of any product problems or returns immediately so correction can be made as soon as possible.If you are returning a product for replacement please notify us so we can give you instructions on how to return product.NO returns will be accepted without prior notice.

WE DO NOT REFUND

We do not refund on pickguard orders were the original has not been sent in.

We do not refund on products that are damaged by mishandling

We do not refund on wrong color or style mistakes made by customer.

There are many pickguard styles and shapes.We do not list all of them. Please call if you need a pickguard that does not appear on list.

No guarantee on squire hole patterns due to the many COMBINATIONS OF SCREW HOLE PLACEMENT made on the Pickguards in the past. It is always best to send your pickguard for a perfect fit. There is no extra charge for this service unless it is a special custom configuration not usual to pickguard style.

Special machining changes

A charge of 20.00 to change or add a pickup hole that is not original to pickguard style.

Combinations of humbuckers and single coil pickups on Strat style pickguards are usual and customary no charge for these pickup configurations.

We do not charge to omit pickup holes, screw holes or pot holes.

Template fees

A pickguard made from a drawing is a custom hand made pickguard. Labor fees start at 65.00 and up plus the price of the finished pickguard and shipping.

Sending broken pick guards for replacement

Sometimes pickguards are sent to us for replacement that are slightly too severely damaged or broken.Charges my apply depending on how severe the damage and amount of time in reassembling pickguard to make a template.

Left handed pickguard add 10% to price.
No guarantee on Fender Squire hole patterns, due to the many companies who have made them in the past.
Send your pickguard to insure a perfect fit.
Special machining changes such as custom pickup hole placement that is not original to pickguard sent for template $20.00 per pickup hole.
No guarantee on pickguards made from a tracing sent to insure pickup hole and screw hole patterns.
Please make your tracing on a piece if plain copy machine paper or computer paper.
Please do not use card board or other thick material to do the tracing.
Use a fine line hard tip pencil and trace as close to the guard and inside holes as possible.
Tracings made with a felt pen or other wide line markers are not acceptable.
If the tracing is just to make sure of what template i have to use to make the guard no charge.
But this still does not mean you will get a perfect fit.
We only guarantee a fit on pickguards made from an original sent in for us to reproduce.
Pickguards made completely from a tracing add $65.00 and up labor fee plus pickguard charge and shipping. This is a custom made pickguard. To insure a perfect fit we recommend you send your original part. All Squier 51 models must be sent in for me to fit you.
