West Glacier to Bozeman: The Show Must Go On...

Starting odometer = 3345

Distance = 394 miles

With great sorrow, I bid farewell to Glacier. Yellowstone and Grand Teton are my next destination...

Debbie, on the other hand, was very attentive and efficient. The West Glacier Restaurant gets a thumbs up from me.

Before I leave, I say goodbye to McDonald Lake.

I begin the day with breakfast. I attempt to anyway... After 5 minutes of sitting without seeing hide nor hair of a server, I leave Eddie's Cafe in the Apgar Village of Glacier National Park. There was only one other occupied table.

Mountain goats congregate on the slopes of this gorge due to the abundance of mineral deposits -- hence the name: Goatlick.

... and you wonder why I fear country people...

I stop by Butte on my way to Bozeman. There is a 90 foot statue of Mary overlooking the town.
