Rebecca

Rebecca, read me that story again,
The one that gave me such a fright.
The story of the headless horseman,
I hid under the covers almost all night.
Whatcha' doing, can I play some?
You know you are supposed to share.
I shared my candy and my gum.
And hey, would you please braid my hair?
Hey Becki, let's go ride the waves,
And gather seashells on the shore.
I promise this time, I'll behave,
I won't get mad like I did before.
I liked catching fireflies in a jar,
Listening to you read Gone With The Wind.
Playing booger bear, booger bear in the dark,
Tagging along with you and your friends.
As I have grown, I've come to see,
How blessed I've been to have you here.
I'm not just one, you're a part of me,
You're my best friend, my sister dear.
