"that he knows no reason why the said marriage may not be lawfully made.

Personally appeared before me, JOHN GRIPP, clerk of the Orphans' Court in and for the County aforesaid William Leitsch who makes application for license to solemnize a Marriage within the County of Allegheny, between himself and Victoria Hohmann and who, being duly sworn according to law, doth depose and say, that he was born in Germany on the 27th day of May 1869, that he is now of the full age of 28 years, that he resides at 36 Iten St. Allegheny, Pa that he is by occupation Driver that he is not related by blood or Marriage to the person whom he is about to marry. The applicant further states that a marriage has been agreed upon between the parties above named, and that no legal impediments exist to the contracting of said marriage.
