Last Will and Testament
of
JEAN R. BOJANOWSKI

I, JEAN R. BOJANOWSKI, of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, considering the uncertainty of life and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity, do make this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made.

(1) I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, including my residuary estate as follows:

  a) One-half to EUGENE KOZLOWSKI, my son
  b) One-half to be divided equally among EUGENE BOJANOWSKI, JR. and DAVID KOZLOWSKI, JANIS [spelled incorrectly] KOZLOWSKI CONAHAN and MARIE KOZLOWSKI, my grandchildren

(2) If EUGENE KOZLOWSKI should predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath that share which would have gone to such deceased legatee to the issue of such deceased legatee.  These shares are to be divided among them equally, per stirpes.

(3) If EUGENE BOJANOWSKI, JR. should predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath that share which would have gone to such deceased legatee to the issue of such said deceased legatee to be divided among them equally, per stirpes.

(4) If DAVID KOZLOWSKI should predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath that share which would have gone to such deceased legatee to the issue of such said deceased legatee to be divided among them equally, per stirpes.

(5) If JANIS KOZLOWSKI CONAHAN should predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath that share which would have gone to such deceased legatee to the issue of such said deceased legatee to be divided among them equally, per stirpes.

(6) If MARIE KOZLOWSKI should predecease me, I give, devise and bequeath that share which would have gone to such deceased legatee to be divided equally among EUGENE BOJANOWSKI, JR., DAVID KOZLOWSKI and JANIS KOZLOWSKI CONAHAN.

(7) I nonimate, constitute and appoint my son, EUGENE KOZLOWSKI, executor of this my Will, and he is hereby excused from entering security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.

(8) I authorize my executor to retain all stock, bonds and investments made by me for distribution in kind or in his discretion to sell and transfer such investments either in person or by attorney.

(9) I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, which consists of two pages to each of which I have affixed my signature this 22nd day of March, 1974.

Hinderliter Wills

Will No. 4. 1916.  Danile Hinderliter [copied exactly as spelled]

I, Danile Hinderliter, of Catawissa, Columbia County, Pa. hereby make this my last will and testament, in manner following:

I direct that after my decease, my estate shall be settled and the expenses paid as soon as convenient.

To my wife, Mary Hinderliter, I give the sum of Five hundred dollars, to be paid to her by my executor, in lieu of her widow's exemption and I further give to her the income of all my bank stock for and during her natural life time, and also I give to her the use, occupancy and enjoyment of my house and lot where we now live, for and during her natural lifetime, for her use and benefit.

The remainder of my estate shall be converted into cash and divided among all of my children and grandson hereinafter mentioned share and share alike.

After the death of my wife, I direct that my real estate and bank stock shall be sold at public sale, and for that purpose I authorize my executor to make and execute a deed for the proper conveyance of said real estate to the purchaser thereof, and after the payment of the expenses, I direct that the proceeds shall be equally divided among all of my children and grandson share and share alike, and I further declare that the legatees herein mentioned, are Edward Hinderliter, Jane Brosious, Cathrine Fenstmacher, and my grandson Harry Hinderliter, son of my deceased son William Hinderliter.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son Edward Hinderliter, my sole Executor

Will No. 70--1919    Susan Catherine Hinterliter

I Susan Catharine Hinterliter of the Township of Beaver in the County of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First.  I direct that my body be decently buried according to the rites ceremonies of the Evangelical Lutheral Church and that my funeral be conducted in a [manner] befitting my estate and condition in life.
Second.  I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Third.  I give and bequeath to the following of my grandchildren, each one dollar: Irene Hauck, Lydia Baker, Mayme Hinterliter, Alvin Hinterliter, Rachel Hinterliter, Helen Hinterliter, Calvin Hill, Samuel Hill and Dorothy Anderson.
Forth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Emma Hoffman five dollars.
Fifth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Hettie Mills five dollars.
Sixth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Bankes five dollars.
Seventh.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Ida Hauck five dollars.
Eighth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Minnie Miller five dollars.
Ninth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Pauline Anderson five dollars.
Tenth.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Williams five dollars.
Eleventh.  I give and bequeath to my daughter Bertha May Hinterliter the organ, the young cow and two hundred dollars for to take care of me until my decease.
Twelfth.  I give and bequeath to my son Mathias Hinterliter five dollars.
Thirteenth.  I give and bequeath to my son Francis Hinterliter five dollars.
Fourteenth.  I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Edward Hinterliter all the rest residue and remainder of my estate remaining after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as aforesaid w[h]ether real or personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed of to which I shall be entitled at my decease, I give, devise and bequeath to my son Samuel Edward Hinterliter for his own proper use.
Fifteenth.  I do nominate and appoint my son Samuel Edward Hinterliter to be the sole Executor of this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I the said Susan Catherine Hinterliter, have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and seal this 1st day of Jan. A.D. one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Shelhamer Wills

Simon Shelhammer

I Simeon Shelhammer of Beaver township Columbia County and State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following to wit:

First  It is my will, and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as comveniently can be after my decease.  [Then], I direct that all my personal property shall be sold after my decease at public sale and the proceeds thereof, as also all my moneys and other mixed property that I may die seized of I direct shall be divided as follows viz:

Among all my children, share and share alike, and I also direct the share that may be due my Daughter Sarah Ann, intermarried with John Hinderliter, shall remain in the hands of my exectutors, and not to be paid until they, in their judgement, think that she actually stands in need of it, or they may make part payments to her, and in no event pay it to any other person but only in her hands, or her heirs.  I direct that any and all notes that I may hold at the time of my decease with the accrued interest against my daughter Sarah Ann, and her husband John Hinderliter, shall be deducted from her share.  And lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint my son Peter Shelhammer, and Moses Schlicher of Beaver township aforesaid, to be the Executors of this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills legacies and bequests, by me heretofore made, and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said Simeon Shelhammer, have to this my last will and testament, contained in this one sheet of Paper set my hand and seal this nineteeth day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven.
