My Bio: 1976 Missouri 1A HS State Champion Two years of uneventful participation at Northwest Missouri State University (5th at Conference Indoor in 1978) 1986 Herschel Neil Decathlon Champion at NWMSU 1988 USAREUR PV champion (US Army Europe) 1989 and 1990 Regional Decathlon Runner-up in Northern Bavaria (Germany) 2004 M45 National PV Runner-up Pole Vault PR 4.20M --. Doug tied his personal best on June 30,2007 in 100 +heat. He vaulted 14 feet at Ira's annual July 4th PV competition.
