Viva La Vida is Spanish for "Live the Life." Like her name implies, Viva takes charge of life and lives it to the fullest competing and excelling both in the field and the breed ring. Viva lives with one other Vizsla and is the "Queen" in her father's eyes.

Viva has done very well in the the conformation ring winning a 3 point major going Best of Winners and Best Opposite over specials at the Superstition Kennel Club show on March 7, 1999 at 6 1/2 months old. Viva wins a 4 point major out of the Bred by Exhibitor class at the Scottsdale Dog Fanciers Association dog show held in Phoenix, Arizona March 26, 1999. Viva wins Best in Sweepstakes at the Texas Gulf Coast Vizsla Club Specialty Sweeps in Houston, Texas on July 23, 1999.

On October 29, 1999, Viva places 4th in Bred By Exhibitor Bitches at the Vizsla Club of America National Specialty held  in Los Banos, California. Viva completed her championship in grand style, winning Winners Bitch and Best of Winners for a 4 point major at the Chaparral Kennel Club Show in Albuquerque, NM under judge Christina Hubbell.

Viva earns her Junior Hunter title on  March 14, 1999  at the Central New Mexico Brittany Club held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Viva places 3rd in Open Puppy and 4th in Open Derby at a Weimaraner field trial held in Abiququ, New Mexico on June 5th & 6th.

Viva places 1st in Open Derby earning 2 points at the Yucca German Shorthaired Pointer Club walking field trial held in Los Lunas, NM on November 13, 1999.

Viva has only just begun to compete as a broke dog in gun dog stakes and already has several placements to her credit and is qualified to run at the VCA Amateur Field Championship and the Open Field Championship. Viva won her first broke dog point, winning Amateur Gun Dog at the Central New Mexico Brittany Club walking field trial on April 20, 2002 held in Bernardo, New Mexico. Viva has shown her talent working well in the toughest of conditions.
