I purchased this 1966 Porsche 912 in 1992 from my next door neighbor and worked on until 1996 in my Garage in Newark CA. In 1996 I moved to Montara, CA (near Half Moon Bay) and the project halted. My 2 sons were now 6 and 4 years old, and Baseball and Soccer were right around the corner. Sorry Christina ....so she got named. Now I put her in storage in my Garage until June of 2010. Above picture on right side is from 1992 when I took it to metal. My younger son was a bit part of my motivation to get this project going again, he is now 19 driving and his his own project car, a 1965 mustang.
The picture on the right is the current state of the car and body work.
Below is a picture of the car in 2011 at the body shop, getting taken to metal once again and this time they are aligning body parts in the process, doors, hood and lid.
