Quotes are based on
accuracy of information provided above regarding the number of accounts and
years of data. A variation in the amount of data, in excess of 10%, will result
in additional charges. Quotes are valid for 90 days and exclude any additional
expenses incurred; such as long distance connect charges or overnight delivery
charges. Extensions are granted on an individual basis. Onsite and/or telephone
consulting services are available at an additional expense.
ALL WORK REQUIRES A 75%
ADVANCED DEPOSIT. Any unpaid balance is due upon delivery of data.
We would be willing to
look at software types that we have not previously converted, but you must
schedule an appointment, and we require a $300 advanced deposit. If you decide
to convert, the $300 will be deducted from your conversion bill.
