NeatNiftyCool

for your model railroad

Remember not too long ago when you were working on you layout and came up with that clever solution to get the framus to grumulate within three degrees of arc?  You felt pretty good about it, but figured it was such a small and problem-specific solution that no one else would be interested.  Well, think again.   Model railroaders are a very clever and adaptive bunch, and what you did may be just the spark that would help someone else come up with an answer to some problem they are having.

That's what this page is about

What follows, in no particular order, are ideas that have been developed and implemented by your fellow model railroaders to solve problems on their own pikes.  Some you may find useful, some you may not.  Some may be just the thing to provide that "spark" to get you to the answer you've been looking for.

If you have a nifty, neat, or cool idea that you would like to share, don't be shy, send it in.  The only rule is that it has to have been actually used by you on your own or someone else's layout to solve a problem or improve its operation.
