In the grip of his
grace
I can look at life,
I can face
That which is
ahead...
That which in that
past I did dread....
That which I had
feared to be...
That, by fearing,
became my reality....
In my fraility....He
sought me
and found
me...
There he held me
tender
in his
care...
And I found that God
is everywhere...
Right here, or right
there...
I found him
near.....
As I called on him
in that place...
With amazing
grace
There went my
fear....
In the grip of his
grace...
His grace, has
taught me....
All things are
possible with him....
So first, I
repented, of the fear, that is also sin...
There, I did
begin....
All over
again....
For being
in the grip of his grace....
I can run the
race....
As he holds my
hand...
I can see his
plan
I can
understand....
How can I explain,
this new profound
feeling....
When I look back, my
life was reeling
So Out of
Control....
I had no
goal
My soul, weary as it
could be
Could not
see....
But, now I am
free.....
In the grip of his
grace
I have learned a new
way
I have found his
voice, he listens
as I
pray....
I listen to what he
does say....
For by his word, he
reveals
truth, and
wisdom....
Understanding of his
Kingdom....
If you are
there....where I was
and you feel lost as
can be....
Let me, I pray, be
that testimony
So, you may
see....
In the grip of his
grace....
You can find your
place....
But you must come
before our Lord, humble...
He will in the grip
of his grace...
Hold you, so you
will not stumble....
Look into his
love
With an open
heart....
I promise, more,
important, HIS promise...
He will never
part....
In the grip of his
grace....

Such a precious gift, that you
extend to all of us. Your
Grace....
Father, I don't think we really always
appreciate it. But when we need it,
and
it is there, oh Lord, how wonderful,
to
be in your love, and to receive this
grace, that can save us. It is not earned,
it
is not bought, or sold, but it available...
through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Father, open our hearts our eyes,
to
see this grace. May we never take it
for
granted. May we daily, stop
and
look at the gift of life you give us.
And
truly by the grip of your grace,

can have life abundantly.
