“Speaking a Hospitable Word in Worship:  Becoming Good Liturgical Guests” is the Vice Presidential Address Craig delivered at the annual meeting of the North American Academy of Liturgy in Montreal, Quebec on January 6, 2012. The address will be first published in the academy’s Proceedings. Craig thanks Timothy Leitzke for filming the address.

In the published address, the phrase, “an incarnation of the liturgy used at St. Gregory of Nyssa Episcopal Church in San Francisco,” will be deleted, since “adapted from” would be a more precise description than “an incarnation of.” Some question whether this adaption reflects that church’s liturgy, something on which Craig cannot comment, since he has never been to St. Gregory’s.
