Precision Coachworks is a company
located in Billerica, Massachusetts (about 20 miles NW of
Boston) that is actively engaged in the reproduction of parts
for antique automobiles and trucks, as well as providing
various manufacturing services. It is operated by myself, Dave
Maher, and a group of dedicated employees. The operation is
enhanced and supported by our many colleagues, vendors, and
suppliers, who represent the finest talents that the world has
to offer! We are dedicated to our work, and produce only parts
that are exact copies of the originals! We employ the latest
technologies in our efforts, as well as time-proven methods,
to produce the finest quality products possible.
The company has been in business since 1978, but the interest
and involvement in vintage vehicles goes way back to the late
'40s, when I, as a child, became deeply interested in the
automotive history of this country.
Our background includes involvement in many phases of
precision fabricating. Experience covers detailed design work,
design for manufacturing (DFM), and virtually all aspects of
manufacturing for the precision
metalworking field, from shop safety issues to meeting ISO
standards. The collective experience of our people is measured
in decades, rather than years! Our reputation for quality is
unquestionable, and we enjoy very positive feedback from our
many customers.
