 DENTAL PRACTICE INFORMATION

The practice is located in the lower North West Tucson area on a major street within
blocks of the I-10 freeway.  This area has one of the fastest growing populations in
Tucson, yet includes sections well established since the late 1960s.  The practice has
 been one of the most economically stable practices on this side of town, with a
patient base that has included generations of families and winter visitors that have
returned year after year from Canada, all of the United States, and Mexico.  The office
has housed as many as 4 General Dentists and a Pedodontist, plus two full time
hygienists at one time.  There was also an era including several general dentists and a
 Doctor of Osteopathy.  Many of the dentists in the North West Tucson area have
received their practice starts in this office.

Currently, the 3100 square foot office has 8 operatories (4 have views of an outside
garden/pond area, 2 are dedicated for dental hygiene, 2 are plumbed for nitrous-oxide),
 a panoramic x-ray area, a larger working denture/gold dental lab, and a smaller
adjustment/storage lab, a dedicated sterilization area,  2 private doctor's offices, one
business office, a large waiting room, a large central front desk area, a staff lounge, 4
lavatories, a darkroom, an assistant's computer desk area, a large supply storage
room, 2 outside equipment rooms, a large outdoor connected storage shed, and an
ample private parking area (25+ spaces).

The business office is served by a 4 station Softdent network with internet access, and
 an 8 station phone/intercom system.  The building is guarded by a security system.

The office is currently staffed by a general dentist, 2 dental hygienists, a
receptionist/operations manager, dental assistant, and a part time business manager.

The office is open M to W, from 8 am -5 pm. (Nice 3 day week.)

We provide general dental services, and refer out all orthodontics, and complicated
specialty cases.
