PSI Electronic Archive

Your PSI Software License and Support Agreement allows you to access the PSI Electronic Archive via the Internet. The PSI Electronic Archive contains a public view of the contents of PSI Defect Tracking Database, along with the latest Maintenance Releases.

The Defect Tracking Database contains the problems that have been tracked by PSI since the general availability release of the PSI technology. Each Problem Report describes the problem and includes an accounting of any actions taken to resolve the defect. Each Problem Report also indicates which releases of the technology are known to be subject to the problem, the current overall status of the defect, and if available, a proposed fix (in the form of a patch release bundle).

Each Maintenance Release was created by applying fixes for important defects to a Revision Release and verified by subjecting the resulting code to a functional test cycle, which includes running the Interoperability Test Suite. In addition to a full binary install package, each Maintenance Release contains a synopsis of defects repaired in the release, and logs of the functional tests performed against the release.

Prerequisites and Restrictions:

Information (patch files, defect reports, etc.) available through the PSI Electronic Archive is the copyrighted property of Proactive Systems, Inc., and is provided for the use of PSI Software Support Service customers only at the site for which the PSI Software Support Agreement is written (i.e. where the designated Primary Contact is located).

Information available through the PSI Electronic Archive is not warranted; we recommend that changes obtained through the PSI Electronic Archive be used for information purposes only.

Access to the PSI Electronic Archive requires authentication with PSI archive server. We will provide you with the information necessary to do this when you enter into the PSI Software License and Support Agreement.
