Email ConsultationPSI can help you take full advantage of the PSI technology by explaining features, telling you of known problems and any work-around, and showing you how your problems have been solved by others. We can help you from your initial build or port of the technology, through installation and configuration, all the way through deployment. Prerequisites and Restrictions:Requests for consultation should be phrased as a question and sent to PSI info@proactivesys.com. Requests must contain your Company and Support Contact names, along with the contact's email address and phone number. We will attempt to return our response via email. Please be careful to provide accurate information so that we can determine who we are performing the service for, and how to contact you (especially in the event that we need to call you by phone for problem clarification). |
